As the chief strategy officer for Children's Hospital Colorado, Raphe is privileged to provide leadership for strategy, physician relations, business development, partnerships, our clinically integrated network and several service-line programs.
Before joining Children’s, Raphe was a partner with The Chartis Group and the leader of the Strategic Planning practice where he advised health systems as they addressed their most pressing strategic and operational challenges. Mr. Schwartz also served as the leader of the firm’s Children’s Hospital practice where he advised the nation’s leading children’s hospitals on a wide range of topics. With Mr. Schwartz’s leadership, The Chartis Group became the leading healthcare strategy firm for children’s hospitals and one of the leading healthcare consulting firms in the country.
Mr. Schwartz has directed transformational strategies and projects at hundreds of health systems, including over 30 children’s hospitals. In addition, he is a regular speaker at national healthcare conferences and board retreats on strategy and children’s health topics.
Mr. Schwartz graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics/operations research.
