Ryan has spent over 20 years investing in and advising growth-oriented companies in both the private and public markets. He is currently a director at Denver-based Rallyday Partners, a private equity firm designed to support entrepreneurs with capital and tools to elevate leadership, culture, and strategy. Prior to joining Rallyday, Ryan co-managed the Colorado Impact Fund, an early-stage fund that invested in Colorado-based impact companies. Ryan began his career in private equity at Peloton Equity (f.k.a. Ferrer Freeman & Company), a leading healthcare private equity firm focused on growth capital investing.
A Colorado native, Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in molecular biology from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Along with his wife, Elizabeth, and two daughters, Lila and Caroline, he spends his free time hiking, fishing and skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
