Dan has spent his career of 40 years in the business of developing medicines in both biotech and multi-national pharmaceutical companies. He has had an executive leadership or board director role in bringing over a dozen breakthrough new medicines to patients with HIV, Multiple Sclerosis, cardiovascular disease, cancer, infectious disease and rare diseases.
Dan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board or board director of several public and private biotech companies that are developing medicines and gene therapies to treat various forms of cancer, rare diseases and cardiovascular disease.
Dan holds a B.A. degree from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. He has published a novel, Race for the Mind, in which the main characters are biotech CEOs. He and his family live in Denver.
