Debbie, a native Coloradan, brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial acumen and administrative expertise and support to her role as a Program Assistant at Gates Institute. She arrived on campus in September 2022.

Her diverse experience includes owning several successful family businesses, as well as work in real estate and the oil and gas sector. Debbie exemplifies the balance between dedication, continuous learning, and personal fulfillment. Through each adventure, she's held onto the value of learning and personal growth. Now, she brings those varied lessons into her work, humbly contributing to her team while continuing her lifelong learning journey.
