In her role at the Gates Institute, Jordan is tasked with delivering product management, organizational process governance, and operational excellence. She was involved in early planning activities for the Gates Institute in 2022 and officially joined as an employee in January 2023. Previously, Jordan spent 7.5 years at the Gates Biomanufacturing Facility, starting early in the organization’s existence as a technical lead in protein therapeutics and eventually transitioning to full time project management. She holds an MSc from University of Washington and BSc from University of Colorado, both in chemical engineering.

Fun fact: Jordan has lived most of her life in Colorado and loves being active – yoga, biking, backpacking, climbing 14ers, and trying to keep up with her young daughters.
