Lori Heaney
Administrative and Executive Support Manager
As the Administrative and Executive Support Manager, Lori is responsible for leading day-to-day business administration and operations for the Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Gates Institute. This includes project management, process and workflow development and implementation, Board support, communications, and seamless coordination of operations across teams and stakeholders. Prior to joining Gates Institute in May 2026, Lori supported the Radiology and Oncology Service Lines at Lutheran Hospital/Intermountain Health for over two decades. A lifelong Coloradan, she happily resides in Idaho Springs where she raised her son and daughter.
