Toni Lapp
Communications manager
Toni joined Gates Institute in 2023, bringing over 20 years of communications experience to her role. She manages the Gates Institute website, Updates from Gates newsletter, annual report, social media and sundry other duties. Prior to joining Gates, she worked in the shared communications team for the CU Anschutz School of Medicine, where she covered the Departments of Ophthalmology and Biomedical Informatics. Originally from Kansas City, she earned her bachelor’s degree of journalism from University of Missouri – Columbia. She has lived in Colorado since 2017, but was a regular visitor to the Centennial State since childhood. She has two grown sons and enjoys exploring Colorado in her spare time.
